Here is some information for anyone participating in the Marks and Spencer/Oxfam voucher scheme.You take a bag of clothes to Oxfam containing one item of Marks and Spencer clothing and receive a voucher to spend in Marks and Spencer. It is valid for the month in which it is issued, you have to spend £35.00 to use it and can only be used in store for clothing beauty and home products. Sounds good until you come to exchange items purchased.They will not let you have the discount on the items if you exchange them, even thought this is not mentioned in the terms and conditions.

My advice to you is if you do need to exchange any items you buy for any reason don't take back the items with the receipt, take them back without and they will exchange them anyway.You will not be able to get a refund this way but you can get a credit voucher if you prefer.Just don't take the goods with the receipt showing the voucher discount, I was asked for an extra £5.00.

I am not impressed with this offer.
