hi would like some advice on a cashback deal from mobiles.co.uk i have read there reasons for not paying cashback and i am confused what is meant from the following statement in there terms & conditions :

Reasons Cashback Will Not be Paid

If your airtime contract has been disconnected (including disconnections made under Lifeline insurance).

does this mean that they will not pay cashback if there insurance is cancelled?
