Hi, I am from Birmingham and I just want to say that I am also fed up waiting for my cash back from Mobile Rainbow. My contract is going to expire in August that’s why I am more worried. I am meticulously sending all the claims via registered post which they have received within time limits as stated in their false terms and conditions which they don’t honour. I have sent numerous emails and even talked to them on several occasions. They always give phony hopes when I ask the dead line for receiving cash back then no positive reply they just say ‘you will receive your cash back sir’, every time same standard answer, (what a shame for the people doing job there). But so far I have had nothing back from them even I have asked them if you don't want to pay me just say straight away but ---------------. Therefore this time, I have threat them about Court but fairly don’t know the procedure, how should I contact the court and how much it would cost to me.

I would really appreciate if someone out there knows how to go about getting the cash back from Mobile Rainbow.
