You will have to phone and ask to where to send the complaint letter to and also if you get a copy of your new agreement and read it to see if they have breached contract but you must straight away send out a letter of compaint and refer it back to when the problem first started as the letter is your first actual complaint and evidence and make a copy for yourself too.

    Racoon 25 24 months = 500 min + 100 text + unlimited anytime landline £20.00 + sony erricson w910I mobile

"cant beat it with a big stick"

I pay £9.99 for orange broadband + £20.00 + 02 pay and go and this means i save £10.00 on broad band and also get free landline call which is amazing if you ask me just dont know who Im going to phone anyone feeling lonely i will phone you when i get it :->

Orange free broadband...have I got rights to cancel???

Had an Orange mobile contract, 12 months, they offered free broadband if I extended my contract to 18 months. So I accepted offer, although that meant I had to get a landline installed (at great cost and begrudgingly) but I did. Three months later, 2 modems later and still no broadband. They admitted the fault was at their end and after endless phone calls and promises...still no broadband. Got really angry the other day, rang up and and requested they either put me back on my original contract or I wanted to cancel it on the basis that I was not getting the goods promised on the deal. They said I couldn't do either.

Is this right, or have I a case for them not producing the goods and keeping their end of the bargain? If so, how do I complain and to whom? This has been going on for at least 3 months and I have rung them at least 3 times a week regarding this matter, not to mention the cost of BT installing a landline which I normally would not have done, it was just for broadband purposes.

    Thanks for any help

    Debbie
