Dear All

apologies my first post is a problematic one

having had a "PPP Server Down" error message from Orange since May 8th I eventually caved in to the never ending factory resets / line tests and promised but not delivered call backs and requested my MAC code

in fairness this arrived next day but has been refused by BT

Orange (naturally) assure me it is correct and BT assure me it is not

So I have no service and apparently no way of leaving Orange

thoughts / suggestions welcome
