I have an 18mth contract with 3 mobile finishing soon. They have been an ok provider and i use the phone for business so fancied the N95 8G. It is advertised on this site and their own with various tariffs. Unfortunately it is impossible to get the phone with these tarriffs, as the phone is bundled with £15 of video minutes that you must have.

They must be breaking somekind of advertising rules , when a phone advertised on this site at £24 per month suddenly becomes £39 per month at the checkout, without any means of deleting the unrequested/ unwanted video minutes.

Is there any way of contacting money supermarket to get them to remove these unobtainable tariffs from the price comparisons.
