I am a tiscali customer and have had a resaonable service up till now. However, my view has changed when I had the audacity to ask for a MAC code to move to another ISP. They did send me a MAC code but forgot to tell me it was useless because they have tagged my line withh an LLU Loop. Who asked them to do this and did they bother to tell me? no they did not.! For me to switch to a faster and cheaper broadband service I mus first give tiscali 30 days notice for them to cancel my broadband. After that I will have to wait for them to remove the tag on my line. Only then may I contact my new ISP. This means that I will be without broadband for about a month. This is contrary to their code of practice that states that they support seamless migration to other ISP's. What a joke. Avoid tiscali
