I have tried to connect to several broadband ISP's only to be told I have an account with tiscali and need a mac No.
Tiscali say there is an account on my phone no at an address 250 miles away in a name i have never heard of.
After 24 phone calls, 30 emails and 3 letters, (without any reply) I have resorted to the small claims court at a cost of £80 for loss of earnings due to the error created by them. I realise i am rolling the dice but my back is against the wall.
