Sorry taking so long to get back.. Debtcom.ltd are going to be struck off the companies house register for not putting in their accounts which is not surprising. You can stop this by contacting Companies House and registering an objection if they owe you money. It is also possible to get the two company directors names and address and phone numbers, all available legally on the internet. One is Mr Cairns sister and the other is Suzanne Cameron. I am not sure how we can proceed legally at the moment but the more people that get in touch that have a case against this person then the more clout we will have in stopping him setting up another company . He has already done so and we do not need any more people been stripped of their hard earned cash, so anyone who believes they may have a case please post on the forum and I will be in touch.
