I'd been told that 3G should bare some responsibility as it was their enticements through their 'collaberative partners' that sucked me in and financial checks should have been made by 3G. Simply 3G (Simply Communications) now in hands of administrator.

Anyone any ideas about getting out of remaining months contract with 3G to avoid wasting another £200.

Beware of this company! Not only will they fail to repay cashback but if you take them to court there is no one at their registered address, so you end up getting no money back and a big bill of court fees even if you win!!
