Re: Legal & General UK property fund

    My wife has.

Can't really comment on the performance yet as its very early days - only opened the ISA a couple of months back. What I would say is that its one of the few such funds that sits in an ISA wrapper (which has tax benefits in itself) and the charges whilst not rock bottom are tolerable (no initial charges and exit charges of course with an AMC around 1.7% which is not giving it away but as I say is tolerable). Would suggest looking at property if it brings balance to your (or in my case joint investments where I invest in equities and my wife is largely cash/and now property) "portfolio" and you are investing over the long term. As an investment provider L&G themselves have at least as good financial stability as any other big player in the market - if L&G went belly up it would probably mean that something "doomsday like" had happened to the economy at large.

Legal & General UK property fund

    Hi,

Has anyone invested in this? If so, what are your views?
Also are there better performing property funds out there?

Sorry - bit of a newbie at this.

    Thanks.
