Does anyone know how I can advise Michael on getting Broadband for his houses ?

have you looked at the services offered by PlusNet as they are owned by BT and use the same technology but their packages are cheaper as they are simpler also the call centres are vastly superior as they are UK based?

If the charity owns the houses, then contact BT Business Broadband which should get you better rates and plans that are not available to the domestic markets. Bottom line here is that you need to speak to the provider who owns the cable between the homes and the exchange - in this case BT. DO NOT GO FOR AN LLU SERVICE in this instance as it will cause you major headaches in the future. BT may be more expensive on the face of it, but if you went with an LLU provider and then wanted to shop around at the end of the contract you could end up with £150 x 42 to pay to get the systems back on the BT network.

Hi I currently work for a charity.We need to install 42 houses with broadband.

I am looking for a good cheap service with excellent customer support.These houses need to keep there bt lines.Can you suggest a provider.At present every suggest BT because of there customer support but they are quite expensive.
