No. I am middle of my transfer. Two months now, dozens of calls, emails, complaint. Today was one deadline. I think I have had four dates when my transfer was promised to be completed.

I couldn't get through phonelines today so I emailed again to their complaints email. You get usually fast reply from there.

What really annoys me that I got new landline for this (previous one was my housmate's) and now I am paying for nothing. AS a student I really couldn't afford this. I am so crossed at the moment.

Re: Tiscali??? how do you actually manage to get broadband after you have moved

The fact that Tiscali was rated by JD Power in a recent survey as the best ISP in the UK really angered me.

This useless bunch of *** keeps getting worse and worse and I'm afraid the options open to you are the same as to all clients of this increasingly useless company.

Your mum needs to write to Tiscali head office by recorded delivery demanding either that she gets the service she is paying for or to quote that they are in Breach of Contract and should provide her with a MAC address and immediate termination of her contract without any financial penalty whatsoever. This would allow her to go to a real provider.

    Good luck

    SHARK!
