    Choosing Be

    Hi,

I have done a lot of research before I chose Bethere.  I chose them for a few reasons:

    1. fast connection (24 meg) and reliable service at competitive price
    2. free static IP
    3. free wireless router
    4. unlimited download

I have been with Bethere for a while and they are proven to be very reliable and fast.  The 24 meg connection works wonder and the download is unlimited.  The  free wireless rounter I got from them is very good as well.

    Cheers,

    Flo

    Re: Choosing Be

They are brilliant, only problem with them for me was the router which kept disconnecting (I've had them for 8 months now so they may have got better) but other than that, the service (24-hour), speed and the reliability of the service have been the best I've ever had!

The fact that it's not a contract (just have to give 3 months notice of pay £50 for express cancel) and the fact it's still a BT line so no messing about if you want to change, just completly win it out!

I'm currently with Fast4 (don't laugh) and can hardly wait to have my service transferred to Be.

I've been using an 8Mbps ?service? and it's never been above 2Mbps. It's recently been getting slower and slower and is now down to between 500Kbps and 1.3Mbps depending on which way the wind's blowing.

I've finally got a MAC key from Fast4 so Be can now process the order.

Be's 24Mbps service is only 1p more than the current Fast 4 8Mbps service!

My only complaint so far is that when using Be's ticket system, their operators' "English" is not always 100% and we've already had a misunderstanding that nearly made me cancel the order.

Still, I hope my choice is a good one. The jury's out until I get connected.

    Regards,

    Alan.
