    Personally i would never pay an upfront fee,its hard enough scraping a big enough deposit together,i wouldnt mind being charged an arrangement fee if it was justified i.e poor credit history,but i would want it spread over the repayment term,i liken this upfront fee to the upfront fees these fly by night companies like yes loans  charge on unsecured loans the one they prmoise but never actually deliver.
