    Thanks for your message. The short answer is that you need to keep plugging away with the team that issues MAC codes until you get what you want.

    Phone the number below and request your MAC code, if they say no, ask them why if they've signed up to the MAC code scheme that means they're committed to giving you your MAC code within 5 working days.

    Orange (Wanadoo UK plc) 0870 0102 462 Option 2

    If an ISP says they can't give you a MAC code they're lying, obtaining a MAC code is a relatively easy thing to generate no matter whether you're on the BT network or not.

    MAC Code and orange support are terrible. Tried obtaining my MAC Code was asked which other provider I was going to. I replied BT was told that my line would not support BT Broadband. what a terrible thing to say when I have a BT line any way. For 2 months now orange has not replied to my compalin. what can I do
