After such an awful time dealing with the Shield Home Services team * hours of waiting to report faults * no return calls * engineers not keeping appointments; my claim for compensation for £200 was met with a £160 cheque.
Would I recommend SWALEC Home Services absolutley NOT.
My boiler was repaired three weeks ago but the problem has reoccured and would you believe the same problems with SWALEC have started over again.
I look forward to returning to British Gas for my boiler insurance because they answer the phones immediately - engineers turn up at the appointed time and one engineer completes all the work.
