they turn out to be one stop cheater I got one sony erricsson k750i from them with £30 per month(12 month contract) and paid me a auto cashback of £66 after a few months. But they havent sent me the cash back forms for a further £130 and I was expecting it from them after the initial auto cashback. When they didnt arrive I called them up, the response was they sent me at the start of the contract with the package. But the package didnt have it for sure. The guy from one stop phone shop told me if I didnt receive it I should have told them within 12 days of the start of the contract. I asked them how I am going to know it if I havent even received the document stating it. The guy from OSPS then told me that I cant get any more cashbacks.
I was thinking of taking them to court but the mobile deal was actually gifted to me by my uncle and the deals were all in his name. I didnt want to bother him with this. So I had to pay for whole 12 month contract without getting any more cashbacks.
