    Re: QUOTES DON'T MATCH PRICES

In order to return you a quote as quickly as possible and to reduce the amount of data required to be entered by yourselves, Moneysupermarket makes a certain number of assumptions about you and your vehicle. We use a method of linking across to the insurers website so if you have not made any amends the premium you see shouldn't change from the one in the results table. If you could email me direct the specifics of this i.e. which provider etc and I will look into this on your behalf.

Not at all.. I mean getting the list of quotes from Moneysupermarket and then when you go to buy the policy it has increased in price by over £80 with no changes having been made to the information given to Moneysupermarket. So then trying another on the list, thinking that the first one must have been a mistake and finding that it too has increased by almost £40.

Do you mean the difference between ringing up and doing it yourself online?

Because if so, thats quite obvious......

    QUOTES DON'T MATCH PRICES

Why is it that you can spend a good half hour filling in details for Car Insurance and when you get the quote through it is a lot less than the actual price you are asked to pay by the Insurance Company?
    Surely this can't be legal.
