    Hi IK,

I started off by usin the CAG site, but I just got 2 busy with work and gave my claim to CJP. Whilst they did charge me 25% they got much more back 4 me then I thought as they calculated the compound interest. They also paid 4 all of the court fees. They might not be 4 everyone but I would recomend them.

Hi -- You may as well claim the money back yourself saving you paying a firm to do it for you, this firm advertises no win no fee, but they charge you 25% excluding VAT of anything they get back for you.

Incidentally bank charges are on hold pending the high court test case that the OFT are challenging the banks with, although that does not stop you making a claim in the meantime.
