Unfortunately, due to the high level of Anti Virus Software and Spam Filters there may be occasion when this e-mail does not reach you. Therefore, if you have been advised that you should receive your documentation via email within 2 working days, but do not, please email Customerapps@Moneysupermarket.com specifying the following;
1) The full name and title of the person who made the application – the “proposer”.
2) The date the application was made.
3) Which Provider you made the application with.
4) Your postcode Upon receipt of all the above details Moneysupermarket.com will then arrange for a hard copy of your policy documentation to be sent to you via first class post.
