Overall

Online billing is very easy to use and navigate. Send in your own readings and watch how you use your energy over the years. Smart monitor for home use (easy to work). Prices are competitive with other online tariffs . Only changed cause cant give longer capped years as fuel becoming increasingly costly for the foreseeable future.

phone calls to n power are never ending you have to wait ages in the queue.it took over a year to get my metre reading for economy 7 reversed poor poor service

All suppliers are required to give information about the mix of fuels they use to generate the electricity supplied to their customers as well its environmental impact. Known as the Fuel Mix Disclosure, suppliers publish this information annually and distribute with their bills, statements or promotional material.
