i have read the reviews on here and they arnt good but from my own exsperiance i would say customer service has been very good and the bills are easy too understand i recommend this company to anyone i give my own meter readings in every three months as advised by the sales agent and i have never had a problem with my direct debits glad i left british gas

Just received my Happy Aniversay!! Letter from Npower.......they have given me a £20.00 Discount for being with them for a 1 Year. OH and they put my bill up from £73.50 to £150.00 per month and I am in credit. S I guess I will have to change as usual, seems you need to keep changing every 12 months..

Well where do i start. I am 2 months into waiting for a resolve on my Final Bill... for starters they use an 0845 number for Customer Service... It all started when i Swapped from Southern Electric to N Power after 8 months in a tenancy flat. nPower assured me they would speak to my Landlady (agency) and request an initial meter reading. However This was not done. Then On leaving the ACTUAL meter reading was lower than thier estimated reading, which continued from that of Southerns One. The 'Saving' when i recieved my bill (6 months later to my fowarding address) was menial! BAD! Bad Bad from the Word Go. I would never deal with these Monkeys again!

Just received my statement which shows I have underpaid by only a small amount. Therefore they have decided to DOUBLE my direct debit, but the calculation is based on the expected usage over the winter months only. The unit rates are ridiculously expensive, so I'm moving elsewhere. Last time I tried to move they convinced me to stay by changing my tarriff, so I'll be expecting a call. This time I won't be staying though.

I have been with npower for a year. I am now changing supplier because of price. I have not had many problems with npower although the fun part may yet to come. I have only received a single invoice from them the whole year so I can only guess how far off the payments are...
