Run you inton credit and try to keep it

They keep increasing the direct debit payment and then try to hold on to it for as long as they can. I got nearly £600 in credit to them. I have moved elsewhere and won't be back. Regards Mike

Where does my money go?

Supplier Ratings

Been with NPower for nearly 2 years and feel its been a complete failure. Initial payments for a 3 bed was £60 per month to then be told 9 months down the line that i was grossly in debt to them. explained that my boiler had been broken for a period of 2 months which made my heating stuck on constantly, but they didnt want to know and said that they had to go off the meter readings (even though they were completely inaccurate due to the boiler fault) and i had to pay them £250 straight away on the phone! If not they would refer me to thier debts team?? I paid off the bill, but cant work out how after increasing my DD to £100 per month, over a period of 7 months (so paid them £700) they tell me that my bill was £350 but my account was only going to be £15 in credit? where's my cash gone!!
