Are any of them genuine?

Supplier Ratings

It seems they pull you in by offering good rates then when you have been with them for a while they hike the prices. Standing charge seems to be the one to watch. They think nothing of doubling the bill, I don't see my wages doubling.

Supplier Ratings

Had no problems until advised that my monthly payment was to be increased from £56.00 to £257.00 It was estimated that i owed £ 459.00 i offered to pay this in 2 instalments but was informed it would have to remain for 6 months- Is this a way of getting out of paying a £100.00 yearly bonus? Very disappointed at lack of flexibility.

The worst gas suplier used to date.

Supplier Ratings

Since signing up to NPower just over a year ago i have had nothing but problems, 1st off the gas card took over 6 weeks to arrive and when it arrived it was faulty so had a further 3 week wait on top. The prices quoted seemed to be really good at the time. The meter was in credit in march which is when we stop using gas completely due to it getting warmer outside. We use electric for the water and cooking etc during the warmer months. However, come october 2009 (7 months later) and we go to turn on the gas, it said we OWED £237.98p, any monies put on the card did not activate the gas until the owed amount was cleared. Customer services are rude & unhelpful and we are changing ASAP, especially after we were informed of price rise next month. shame on you NPower.

Horrendous!

Supplier Ratings

have been with Npower for while and this year having had 2 stints in hospital and also looking after elderly relatives besides working, I had not noticed that we had not had a bill, the meter had been read but no bill, then in the last two weeks have had two bills dateing back to November last year, apparently I am still to receive another one which will bring the total to around £450. At no point did anyone in customer services ask if I was able to pay the bill or did I need any to set up a payment schedule (we pay quartley) It was only when I complained about how the complaint was handled and asked for it to be escalated was I offered any explanation and a different payment schedule. Shame on you Npower! your staff need further training in GOOD customer service! will be switching asap!
