Good price and service so far is good!

Having switched from Scottish Power quite recently I've received my first gas bill. EDF had placed me on the wrong tariff at a higher unit cost. However they sorted this fairly quickly. Overall I've found the call handlers to be knowlegable and also empowered to deal with all of my issues by phone. EDF are still the cheapest for me, and that's the most important. In addition calls to them are free. Scottish Power use an 0845 number. One let down with EDF is that they don't yet have paperless billing, and their bills are over complex.
