I originally switched for green reasons. I've watched my colleagues try to switch from one deal to another to save money as they're old deal comes to an end. My guess is cheap deals averages out over time if you keep switching. Ecotricity follows the average price so even i pay a little more for a better (green) service I'm happy to notbe scratching my head looking at comparison sites every time my deal ends. As for accuracy I send them a photo of my meters on a regular basis via email and have so far had a thanking responce within 24hours every time! I'm a happy, loyal amd supportive customer.

They don't offer the cheapest tarrif available, but they invest their profits back into developing new sources of renewable energy and increase the proportion of their energy supplied renewable sources year on year. They send you annual progress reports, so you can see where your money has been spent. Their customer service seems to be pretty good as well. They recently wrote to me to inform me they were reducing my bills, because I'd built up credit on my account. All in all, I feel good about where my money is going!

These guys have a great green ethos, and match the price of your local supplier. They reinvest profits in building more wind turbines and have given us great service. Switch now!

We've been with Ecotricity for several years now and I'm consistently impressed with their service. I love the fact that I always speak to a real person on the end of the phone, without having to go through endless options first. The bills are clear and simple to understand - which must be a first for an electricity company. I also appreciate the work they do with the money I'm paying.

I admittedly had some issues with my account in the past but these werent ecotricity's fault, it was some complicated metering issue I didnt understand. What I will say is that they seem to have a new system or something as everything has improved and their bills are so much better both in their accuracy and their content. Would definitely recommend them as it is so refreshing to be able to speak to someone quickly and be able to understand them (i.e. they're not abroad). I get so annoyed with all those TV adverts from other suppliers saying they're green, they havent a clue. Seriously check out ecotricitys website, it makes it very clear on who is actually green. Very happy with the service and what they stand for
