I have been using Novatech for many years now, and have never had any problems with their service. They are usually amongst the most competitive on price anyway, but their customer service and support is fantastic. On the occasions that I have had to return any products, there have never been any issues or delays and I have been kept informed of the progress throughout the replacement/refund process. Most importantly, they have people available on the phone to speak to and deal with you directly. I highly recommend this retailer.
