poor stock control

having found the item I required, I was informed 7 such items were available at your Hatfield Road, St. Albans store. On visiting this store, I discovered no such items were available and if I wished them to order one for me, it would cost an additional £8. The staff were most curtious, and had clearly met this problem before. Could more care be taken in presenting your stock information.

hard to get what you want

Having found an item I wanted, the link to the website was difficult, ended up at the home page and when I navigated to the product list, the item i wanted was not there. Not impressed

great when the deals are in town

I have only ever used Homebase when they do the special deals never had the compulsion to use when i want something else.
