order cancelled

found out my order had been cancelled by email because paypal said the address was not approved yet they had delivered to the same address before. Rand to complain and ebuyer blamed paypal which is a cop out as if they had checked previuos orders they would have seen my order history. Also let down twice before because they did not pass the whole of my address details to the courier and again they cancelled the order and I had to reorder the whole order again if I wanted the goods NEVER AGAIN
