Received a call from customer services at appliances online... Guess what?.. They tried to sell me insurance on an appliance i never received... It was almost comical having to explain to this nice chap on the phone that i was in the middle of claiming my money back through the credit card company as i had not received a refund either.. HE HAD NO IDEA.. On the plus side i did receive an email to say that a refund was on its way from the company... I almost feel that i should be giving them another star for this but ill give it a miss!.....

Ordered 2 appliances from Appliances online and was given a delivery date of 5th jan... 3 days before i received a message to say that only the diswasher would arrive due to supplier difficulties.. received dishwasher on the date said so all good.. NO!... After numerous calls to find out when i would receive the washer dryer and being palmed off to so-called different departments including saying they would get back to me which they never did i decided to get a refund for the washer dryer.. Was told the refund would go through that day but but 4 days later it still never came.. Ive now had to contact the retail dispute department of my credit card company for a refund.. I WOULD ADVISE YOU NOT TO BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SUPPLIER AS THEIR SERVICE IS SHOCKING!...
