Not only are the customer services impossible to work with, but if you think simple things such as changing tariff (should be one smple phone call) was hard, try terminating a contract. Not ony do they continue to make you pay long after the contract has finished (mine finished in march and I'm still trying to end it), but the process of having to write to some seemingly random complicated address at po box something unit somewhere, giving 30 days notice (so i still have another month to pay) is frankly ridiculous. All I want to do is get away from CPW, yet this seems to be the hardest part (hanging on with their dear life to their few last customers I reckon).

My New mobile phone did not work. The replacement was a used mobile. I tried to cancel my contract and get my money back, but they refused. Only with help from trading standards and the threat of court action they agreed to cancel my contract and pay me back. What you pay is what you get !

IT WAS STATED IN THE DEAL ON MONEY SUPERMARKET.COM THAT BLACKBERRY 8120 TITANIUM ON 18 MONTHS LINE RENTAL FREE AFTER CASHBACK £735.18 BUT WHEN DIVERTED TO WEBSITE OF CARPHONE WAREHOUSE, IT WAS ALL FAKE.

poor services the call centre is only open from 8am to 8pm I tried to report my phone as stollen but had to wait untill their call centre was open. I also tried to the call service privider direct but was advised to call carphone once they opened.
An established retailer with a solid reputation for service and value.
Great offers - make sure that you check all the paperwork when you sign up to enable you to claim any cashback or gift offers.
