Received the mobile within a couple of days, but have been waiting on the free PS3 for 2 months now and all they say is that it will be with me in a couple of weeks!! Am losing interest and feel that the customer service team have just been messing me about and giving me false information just to get me off the phone! Not even sure if i will ever get the free gift now and that was the only reason that i bought the phone in the first place! Be warned!!!

Along with all the other glowing reports, Affordable Mobiles have been efficient and throughly helpful. Unfortunately, once the phone arrived, I discovered that the actual contract did not include what I thought it did...not the fault of Affordable Mobiles but due to misleading package description by T-Mobile themselves. Gary at Affordable Mobiles was extremely helpful and organised the return of the phone with no problems. They also gave great impartial advice of where to find the package I was looking for.

I was very pleased with everything about this company. Thay kept me informed about my purchase. I will be recommending this company to anyone who needs a new phone. I really did not think my free gift would arrive (Nintendo Wii) but within one week of recieving my phone my Wii was delivered.
