The innovative slide-up design of the Nokia 6111 is small and compact but doesn’t compromise on features and technology. It has an integrated mega-pixel camera with a 6x digital zoom and flash and feels like a digital camera in its own right when flipped on its side with landscape camera mode on the 29x35mm screen. Weighing just 92g it also has video recording and streaming of up to an hour, a visual radio, media player with stereo sound and MP3, Nokia Xpress audio messaging and voice recording of up to 60 minutes. The 6111 has MMS OMA which combines image, video, text and voice clip which can be sent to compatible phones or a PC. It also combines internet and email for those on the go and incorporates 23MB of memory, up-to-the-minute Bluetooth technology with seamless connectivity, GPRS and infrared.
Measuring at 84x47x23mm with a screen size of 128x160 pixels, the bottom half slides down to reveal the keypad which also has a push to talk over cellular option (PoC) which enables you to use the phone like a walkie-talkie. It has the extra features such as FM stereo with headset, four games with space to download more, polyphonic ring tones and themes to personalise the phone depending on your mood. The 6111 also includes calling features such as speed dialling, call divert/waiting and caller ID with the option to add an image to a contact.
