HomeAssist took the first month fee, made three appointments no one turn up, took time off work. I ask for my money back with is £15.75, they took the money from my account, I quickly deleted it before they took any more. Still waiting for a cheque since the 11 June. I am going to take this to Watchdog. I think it is discussing the way people are treated. They wanted me to give them my card number I am not stupid. I am fedup of ringing and getting the same answer, therefore, Watchdog will sort it out.

Engineer did not fix the boiler. I got charged but had to get someone else in from a different company to fix it (which they did that afternoon and it took them 15 minutes) Then they Took my money for a cover I did not authorise or want, now I am having extraordinary trouble getting my money back. BEWARE BE WARNED

signed up with them i telephoned them said every thing was fine they needed to send some 1 to check out our biler they canceled twice then when i rang them as they took the money out my account they said they could not do it as they did not cover this area and they will send me a cheque lets see how long that takes to come .

Received a very nice letter telling me they didnt cover my area. Checked bank statement, to find they still took my money through.

Made the mistake of becoming their customer for the first time. Initial inspection was scheduled on day 14 of taking out contract (so they could quickly charge the monthly fee as you dont have the option of cancelling your package after day 14). Gave us the time of 10am on a fixed date, no one turned up till 12, I called and was told someone will come at 130, called again and was told 330, called again and was told to wait till 630. Called and cancelled my contract - the entire company needs to take time off and go on a course to understand that when you tick off one customer the word of mouth travels to atleast 30 people
