    About Citroen

Citroën has its roots in another French car manufacturer – Mors Cars. Today it is part of PSA Peugeot-Citroën group and year-on-year sells in excess of one million vehicles. In the 1980's Citroën models were increasingly Peugeot based, but in recent years Citroën has rediscovered its reputation for innovation.

Citroën was last awarded the prestigious Car of the Year award in 1990 for the Citroën XM, but in recent years it has narrowly missed out on the top spot with its C3 and C4 entrants (2003 and 2005 respectively). There has been further success for Citroën with the C4 model, having been voted 2006 World Car Design of the Year in recognition of its style and innovation.
