I've just moved from Talk Talk after three years the services wasn't 100% customer service was shocking I had to wait once when the system went down seven days to be re-instated, & on the second time five days. I know that they are cheap BUT that's what you pay for.

I dont know how talk talk call themselves a broadband provider I have not been able to connect for 8 months.The support team lie all the time and take an hour to answer the phone.

It mite be low price but the service is also none existent my broadband is off more than its on, you can never get throw on the phone to techical support, you get all lines are busy please phone later,and you are tried into a 18mth contract.

Horrible experience , months of wasted time and customer service lies only to be billed for service which I never received, then fautly routers not refunded ( year later still not ). I'm glad to be rid of these crooks ..just ask others for similar experience . I'm now with Tiscali , no problems begining to end .

I know that after redaing previous reviews and watching TV programmes most people will say that I am wrong, but my experience with Talk, Talk has been excellent. Now been with them for well over a year, never had a problem setting up, only had a problem connecting on a couple of occassions, phone service is great, price is great what more can I say. Have only given 5 for Customer Service and Technical Support as I have never had any reason to contact them as I have always been able to sort out my own issues and set up additional equipment myself.
