Absolutely Superb !

Broadband Ratings

I have been with the post office for about 10 months now, service has been absolutely trouble free, billing online no problem, have only had to call them twice, and both times was connected to the call centre relatively quickly, and my problems were addressed very quickly and efficiently by a northern Ireland call Centre both times. Basically they did everything the said they would when they said they would, I was originally with BT, who were absolutely hopless, and their call centre was nearly always overseas in India, and spentmay hours on the phone getting nowhere. Would recommed the post office broadband and phone package to anyone !

AT LAST A PROVIDER WHO CARES

Added 15/09/2009, reviewed by anonymous (Birmingham)

Broadband Ratings

I have been with PO for a year. I switched to them to change from the boring and ridiculous BT and to escape SKY which forces you to be landline customers of BT.I am at last relieved. Friendly customer service with reliable and responsible answers (not like BT where each one tells something different on the same issue).About billing, I have been receiving my bills every 3 months and most of the times delayed paying the bill by 2 months without even doing a prior arrangement. They have never ever disconnected my service or rang me to ask their money, or even bombard me with reminders and threats. One reminder came after 2 months of non-paying and without having informed them about the delay. They accept payment with a customer payment card if you don't want Direct Debit.Fabulous!worthy!

So easy to set up

Added 10/09/2009, reviewed by Graham (Norwich)

Broadband Ratings

Sales staff easy to talk to. Everything delivered or connected when they said it would be. Modem comes ready configured so just plug and play. Needed to set up my old wireless modem router so logged in to the PO modem which provided all info necessary. Dead easy, no problems. If retired old boys like me can do it then anybody can. Well pleased so far.

Overall fair value for money.

Added 07/09/2009, reviewed by anonymous (Templepatrick)

Broadband Ratings

It's good and great value when it works. I've been with them about 18months with no problems (so far). It was a pain getting it set up - they actually said that email was not included in package that it was a 'bonus extra' (nonsense). So I use hotmail. With free evening and weekend calls and free weekend interntional calls it is very good value and my quarterly phone bill is much less than it used to be when I take line rental and broadband connection into the equation. I would say go ahead so long as you keep your daytime phone calls to a minimum and don't want any service or tech support. Broadband connection has been reliable and I am keeping the package because on the whole it is the best I have come across. If they could only sort their customer service it would rate an A.
