I have been with the post office for about 10 months now, service has been absolutely trouble free, billing online no problem, have only had to call them twice, and both times was connected to the call centre relatively quickly, and my problems were addressed very quickly and efficiently by a northern Ireland call Centre both times. Basically they did everything the said they would when they said they would, I was originally with BT, who were absolutely hopless, and their call centre was nearly always overseas in India, and spentmay hours on the phone getting nowhere.
Would recommed the post office broadband and phone package to anyone !
