I have been with o2 since December moving from the dire Virgin Media. Their customer service is fantastic, when my line started disconnecting, I was given an awful lot of assistance which resolved the issue. If only they would do a land line and cable tv or similar

Having read the reviews on this site I cancelled my broadband with TalkTalk and as my monthly contract mobile phone contract had ended I decided to give O2 a go. I went into my local O2 shop on Saturday 26th and came out with my new pay as you go mobile phone and had signed up for the basic package broadband. I recieved my connection pack on Wednesday and my line was activated on the 1st of May. Had a bit of a query regarding my bill which I e-mailed O2 about on Saturday night(2nd May),this was answered in less than 20 mins!!! Really glad I switched to O2

Working in Telecommunications, I am a demanding user and have to date been impressed with O2's broadband offering. No disconnects, no problems at all.

Well, what can I say! Moving from AOL to O2 has been the best thing I have done (Internet wise) for a long time. Speeds are stable and super fast and when I have had to ring customer support they answer instantly and are polite and efficient. I lost my connection about 4 weeks into moving across however 30 mins on the free phone number to O2 and they carried out some magic at the exchange and the problem was sorted. Communication from signing up, to receiving the Wireless Box to getting connected was brilliant - texts and emails were sent all the way. Overall a super performance from O2 and I highly recommend them.
