Broadband Ratings

Transferred from Sky to Aol. Or tried to. After over a month, I am continually being told that a wireless router has been sent and will be with me in 2-5, 3-5 or 5-7 working days. It never arrives. After many calls to them, I am severely disappointed. I hate to think what I have spent on calls. I don't even have the password which was promised.

Broadband Ratings

I have persevered with AOL for a couple of years. Recently their service has become so bad, slow and incompetent that I am now shopping around for a new provider which I should have done years ago.

Broadband Ratings

Rubbish, all they want is your money ! When I left AOL they would not release my broadband to BT for 8 weeks. They kept blaming BT. I eventually got the Internet ombudsman to have a chat with them. AOL wrote me a letter to say sorry Do not use AOL.

A great provider

Broadband Ratings

Was a AOL customer for about 7 years from the dial up days through to broadband. Never had any issues with the provider but the customer service was not what it should be, most call centres were foreign. Only issue I had was when I gave them notice to cancel the subscription they cut me off straight away without giving me time to transfer any emails, addresses etc. So be warned if you are thinking about cancelling your subscription back up anything you need before doing so.
