Online gaming is more popular than ever. With computer graphics improving all the time and the introduction of fibre optic broadband, it's never been better than to kick back and relax with a video game.
The same goes for a good movie - now you can download one in minutes and use it as the perfect form of escapism. Both methods are great, and do the job, but what about when the game and movie worlds collide, and you find yourself with a game based on a film or a film inspired by a game?
We take a look at some of the most successful (and unsuccessful) game to film/film to game adaptations there have ever been, including the hugely successful Prince of Persia, Tomb Raider and Batman; Arkham City, and the mostly unsuccessful adaptations like the Wayne's World game and Mean Girls for DS.
