You can contact our team on 0845 345 1296. They should be able to check your application and confirm whether Atlantic Energy has informed moneysupermarket.com that your application has gone through.
moneysupermarket.com will pay the cashback once we have received confirmation from your new energy provider that your account has been successfully set-up. Unfortunately, as stated in the T&Cs, this normally takes 3-4 months but can - in some cases - take anywhere up to 6-months.
The cashback payment will be made in one of two ways:
1.) If you have applied to pay your energy bills by direct debit, the cashback will be paid into the account provided on the application page.
2.) If you have applied to pay your energy bills by quarterly cash or cheque, the cashback will be paid by cheque and sent to the address provided on your application.
