Please, please, please remember that LLU services mean that although you are paying for an ISP service to someone like Virgin Media, you will NOT get support of any kind from BT. If your line starts to get noisy or it drops out for no reason, you will have to deal with Virgin and since they do not OWN the line, they, in turn will have to go to BT to get anything fixed.
If this is not an LLU service, then you pay Virgin for the broadband, and BT for the line rental ... where's the sense in that?
If you want a general appraisal of Virgin's service, look carefully at this forum, it says more than I can ever say!
