    Vinegar in the home.

I have just bought a book on Vinegar....over 400 uses....and most of them are in the home. Vinegar cleans almost everything, and with just a little olive oil added, makes a super cleaning and polishing furniture polish. It also cleans ovens, and removes burnt on deposits with ease. Good for spraying where there are ants and they jjust disappear.....wonderful product.

Place a bowl of white vinegar on the counter for a few hours after cooking smelly fish. The odor will disappear for good.

    Dear Jualsy

You can also use vinegar and olive oil as the base for a salad dressing. I frequently think of vinegar and Jif lemon in the same breath. I have just run out of vinegar but I have a fresh lemon. Can I use this for cleaning purposes?

FRESH LEMONS CAN BE HALVED AND PUSHED UP ONTO THE END OF BATHROOM TAPS AND LEFT FOR APPROX 20MINS TO CLEAN THE LIMESCALE OFF, I HAVE ALSO HEARD ITS GOOD FOR THE TOILET BOWL - NICE!

    Re: Vinegar in the home.

Anyone else put bicarbonate of soda and or epsom salts in their bath?

I do, and then, when I get out, I switch the jets on and the salts clean out the jacuzzi system.

So, a clean and relaxed moi, and a clean and safe jacuzzi for next time.

Bad idea to put the jets on when in a salt bath, though.  You do not want to be sharing your current bath with all the grime from the last few....!!!!
