    stocks & share ISA

What do I do with my poorly performing Ex PEP stocks and shares ISA that I have held for nearly 10 years. Once the fund Investors have sold the shares does is just convert to a transferable cash ISA that I can transfer to another ISA?Obviously I do not want to lose the Tax free benefit.Does the £3,600 annual limit apply to transfers or just new subscriptions? I have not used any of my allowance yet this tax year.

Sorry to state the obvious but ask the Fund Managers and also the HMRC website and phone numbers are helpful. Have you taken into account your annual CGT allowance?
