    Spanish mortgage

I have about 70000 euros left on my spanish mortgage with 15 years to run, is there any banks in the uk that will take a remortgage on this, as i would like to have the loan in the uk.

    Re: Spanish mortgage

You should be able to so long as the loan to value isn't above 75%, but I wouldn't be too happy with the rates. You may be better off keeping the Euro mortgage??
