Hi all,

 Just want to ask anyone who has 16mb broadband by SKY & how there service is?... As mine has just been turned on and my router still states 8000kbps down and 756kbps up??? If you have SKY 16mb can anyone tell me if these are the figures you have on your router status page?... As im lead to believe that these figures are telling you what the exchange is configured too?... and mine should state 16000kbps down???... Also have done a DSLReport on my line and seems very very slow...?

 Would be interested to know what other people have on this issue?

mine states that i have 14meg but have done lots of tests and has peaked at about 21.

in the first ten days of your line going live it tries to find out what the best stable speed is.

try rebooting the router... that will prompt it to reconfigure itself

also check on your account on sky.com see if it shows it as max
