    Scarlet Flowers Ltd

I ordered flowers for my mum's birthday to be delivered on the 6th of March. Not delivered on 6th or today. Actually, this is not even the company I ordered from but it is the one listed on the invoice I received via e-mail. I have cancelled my credit card in case fraud is involved. Also, is protx legitimate? It is the payment processing company listed at the flower website.

    Hi There

I also orderd flowers, teddy, balloon and chocs for delivery Sunday 02/03/08 (mothers day) and they arrived on the Saturday 01/03/08 without the chocs! the balloon was half deflated and the flowers had already started to wilt by the Sunday morning. I have now sent 5 emails complaining and am yet to receive a reply. They have taken the money for my order and I am checking my account every day incase of fraud. I am very dissapointed as I have always used flowers for all occasions and this is the 1st time anything like this has happened.

    Hi there

I also have received nothing but problems from Flowers for all Occasions/Scarlet Flowers.

Firstly they advertised same day delivery on the internet site which apparently they dont actually do (this was the only reason I used them in the first place) and it was my fault for accessing an old site which still displays this!!

Sursprise susrpise the flowers never arrived and I was told I would be issued with a full refund and the original bouquet would still be sent. I was dissapointed the flowers had not arrived on the day requested but left it at that.

Yet again the flowers never arrived the following day either and at this point I am still waiting on the refund.

The customer service is absolutely appalling with the first person I spoke to telling me it was irrelevant what date I had entered for delivery and the second person - Debbie hanging up on me (apparently shes the manager - that says it all really!!)

I would advise nobody to purchase flowers from this lot. I am waiting on my refund coming through and if not in my account by tomorrow going to Trading standards.

I have previously used Interflora who have provided a fantastic service and only wished I had used them again.

    Re: Scarlet Flowers Ltd

My sister who lives in New York ordered flowers from Scarlet Flowers and money was taken from her account on 15th April. She wondered why I hadn't thanked her for the flowers. The simple reason was that I knew nothing about them because they were never delivered. This is a company I will certainly avoid using in the future.

    Re: Scarlet Flowers Ltd

I have placed an order with this company for flowers to be delivered but the delivery was never made and i could not get through to them either by email or by phone. I contacted Protx and have informed them and i have also informed my bank for possible fraud. their service is appalling and i am very disappointed since i was not able to wish happy birthday to my sister that had to spend it alone far away from home.

    Re: Scarlet Flowers Ltd

I would keep trying to get through by phone. I had the same trouble trying to get in touch with them, they seem to suit themselves as to when they open. (I managed to get through about 10ish). I threatened them with trading standards and advised them there was a forum on the internet about their poor service. This seemed to do the trick and a couple of days later the money did go into my account. Good luck with this i hope you get your money back.

    Re: Scarlet Flowers Ltd

I told my son who advised my sister that she could ask her credit card company to claim the money back then the argument would be between her and Scarlet Flowers. I don't think that they will get anywhere because they did not deliver my birthday flowers and will not have any evidence to prove that they did. Hopefully everyone will do this and Scarlet Flowers will go out of business. I still don't have my birthday flowers but will have the satisfaction that rogues like this will get theirs in the end!
