I tried and failed to switch to Pipex, they were truly awful. Long waits on the 'phone,untrained/unskilled staff and worse they simply failed to deliver the modem after 4 weeks of wasting my life ringing up about it. JUST DON'T DO IT - IT'S NOT WORTH IT!!!!!!!!!
