hi this xmas just gone out to buy a panasonic 40 in tv and last week the tv would not *** on so i got in touch with currys and it is been repaired on tuesday ?can u give me some info about my rights on fault goods as the tv is only 4 months old

Hi --- After this time period, under the sale of goods act you are entitled to the repair of your faulty set or replacement with like for like, if neither are possible then a refund in full.

Currys are usually ok with this situation. It should come back to you in a week or so working fine. If not, you should contact them and sort something else out. You do have legal rights but for the time being you should give the supplier a fair chance to sort something out.
